As Dominican Sisters of the Perpetual Rosary we pray the full fifteen-decade Rosary, using the prayers given below. We invite you to pray the Rosary with us as your time allows.

Begin with the Sign of the Cross and these words:

God, come to my assistance.
O Lord, make haste to help me.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope.
To you do we cry, poor banished children of Eve.
To you we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us,
and after this our exile show us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

O Blessed Mother Mary,
deign to accept our praise and protect us from your enemies.

O God, whose only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ,
by his life, death, and resurrection has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life,
grant, we beseech you that in meditating in the mysteries
of the most holy rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary,
we may come to imitate what they contain, and obtain what they promise,
through the same Christ our Lord.
Amen.

On the large bead of the first decade pray the Our Father:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come, Your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And do not bring us to the time of trial,
but rescue us from the evil one.

On each of the beads in the decade pray the Hail Mary:

Hail, Mary, full of grace, The Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women,
And blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

At the end of each decade play the Glory Be, and go on to pray the next decade.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit:
As it was in the beginning, is now, and will be for ever.
Amen.

Each decade has its own mystery to meditate on, and the mysteries come in sets of five, the Joyful Mysteries, the Sorrowful Mysteries, and the Glorious Mysteries.

At the very end, conclude the Rosary with this prayer:

After praying the final Mystery of the Rosary, the Coronation of Mary,
use the following prayers to conclude the Hour.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, pray for us

May the Virgin Mary with her holy Child bless us.

May the blessing of almighty God,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
descend upon us
and remain with us forever.
Amen.
